Our Farmstead Sourdough is made the way bread has been made for generations — slow, simple, and rooted in the goodness of the land. Each loaf begins with our own sourdough starter, fed and nurtured with freshly milled wheat berries, giving the bread a rich, wholesome depth you can taste in every slice.
We mix and shape each loaf by hand, allowing it to rise naturally through a long, unhurried fermentation. This time-honored process creates a beautiful golden crust, a soft, airy interior, and that classic tang that only true sourdough can offer. No shortcuts. No preservatives. Just honest ingredients and a whole lot of care.
